If I receive a free trial and also subscribe to an annual Video Cloud AI plan, will the service periods be combined?

When multiple service plans are activated simultaneously, the service periods do not stack. The longest active service period will apply. For the best experience, activate a new subscription after your current service period expires.

What app does the camera use, and does it work with other smart home systems?

The camera is designed to work with the Petlibro app. Support for other smart home systems is not available yet. However, it keeps you in the loop with real-time notifications in your Wi-Fi connection.
